Our technician was excellent. I made my appointment online and he responded promptly to confirm. He arrived 15 minutes early and explained the process clearly and concisely. The motor, chain rails ,coils, sensors and garage door opener were replaced after 22 years of wear and tear. He finished in less than two hours and his customer service was excellent.
